Hi, I'm Kristien, and I lead the Booking Group at Jane. I started out as a developer more than 20 years ago, and my background in human-computer interaction still shapes how I lead. I care a lot about clarity, empathy, and accountability, and I've found they make each other stronger. I love building teams that can take on hard problems and keep their humanity along the way.
Our Clinic Marketing team looks after Jane Websites, which takes a clinic's setup in Jane and turns it into a marketing website for them. Now we're thinking bigger. The team is exploring what AI can do for website generation. We're also building tools that help clinics make sense of their own marketing, like which numbers to watch and what they actually mean.…
