About this role
Supervise and execute daily finance operations and transaction processing. Coordinate task allocation and ensure timely and accurate completion of finance activities. Review finance transactions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support period-end closing and reporting activities. Resolve routine finance issues and escalate exceptions as required. Provide guidance and on-the-job support to finance operators. Kualifikasi Pendidikan Sarjana Akuntansi, Keuangan, Manajemen Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Finance Staff, Accounting Staff, atau posisi terkait.
