Job Responsibilities * Create, monitor, and adjust weekly and monthly production schedules to ensure optimal machine and labor utilization. * Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels to prevent both stockouts and excess inventory. * Coordinate closely with the Procurement department regarding the arrival of raw materials and with the Sales department regarding demand forecasts. * Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system data (ERP/SAP). * Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on production efficiency, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization. * Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose actionable solutions to improve workflow efficiency.…
