PT JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (WONOAYU) Job Responsibilities * Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of production machinery, equipment, facilities, and work areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Handle, mix, and apply sanitation chemicals and cleaning agents safely and in correct dilutions. * Conduct pre-operative inspections to ensure all equipment is free of contaminants before production runs begin. * Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and occupational health and safety regulations. * Document and maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, chemical usage, and inspection checklists.…
