JOB DESCRIPTION Register patients and verify patient information prior admission. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain the required Guarantee Letter (GL)/Letter of Undertaking (LOU), where applicable. Collect admission deposits and process payments in accordance with hospital policies. Coordinate inpatient bed allocation based on patient entitlement and bed availability.
