SUMMARY OF DUTIES Responsible for providing interpretation, translation and customer service support for patients and visitors. The roles serve as a communication bridge between patients, doctors, nurses and hospital services to ensure smooth coordination, excellent patient experience and efficient healthcare service delivery.
