We are seeking an Maintenance Technician to join our team at J. Coopers Row, a 312-unit, 12 story high-rise development directly adjacent to Nationals Park at 1319 South Capitol. The unit mix includes studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments in addition to ground level rental townhomes with private entrances.
Pay Rate: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
