Job Description: The Instrument Specialist – Sterile Processing Department (SPD) serves as the department’s subject matter expert and owner of instrumentation standards, data integrity, asset lifecycle management, and quality governance. This role provides independent judgment, technical oversight, and strategic management of instrumentation systems, inventory standards, and tray configuration processes. The Instrument Specialist maintains instrumentation accuracy, compliance, and optimization across Surgical Services and Sterile Processing operations through auditing, validation, troubleshooting, and systems governance.…
