About this role

Job Description: The Lead Pharmacy Technician provides frontline technical leadership within pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient medication distribution in accordance with state and federal law, USP compounding standards, and hospital policy. This is a general job description covering three core functional areas of departmental technician leadership: automated dispensing cabinet (Pyxis) replenishment, controlled substances workflows, and sterile compounding.
