About this role

Job Description: The Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for pharmacy services within an assigned shift, unit, or functional area (e.g., inpatient dispensing, sterile compounding, decentralized clinical services). This role ensures safe, accurate, timely, and cost-effective medication management in compliance with state and federal pharmacy law, USP / standards, and hospital policy.
