What Success Looks Like (Objectives): EchoStar seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel – Technology Transactions to serve as a trusted legal partner on complex and strategically significant technology deals. The position addresses key operational and legal challenges by structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements across cloud platforms, enterprise software, AI/ML services, terrestrial network backhaul, network infrastructure, non-terrestrial network (NTN) integration, satellite hardware/capacity, and strategic technology partnerships.
