What Success Looks Like (Objectives): The HR Operations Supervisor - Leave of Absence shapes an exceptional employee experience by managing in-house leave programs and accommodations. This role combines deep, hands-on expertise with a commitment to compliance, fostering a culture of care and support during pivotal moments in employees' lives. The Leaves team provides support and guidance to employees regarding FMLA, ADA, leave of absence, return to work, accommodations, and critical employee support issues. The supervisor will ensure accurate tracking and timely processing to mitigate risk, and will include appropriate partners, such as legal, managers, workers compensation, third party vendors, etc.…
