What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Key Responsibilities: Design, test, and implement new processes, equipment, and workflows to optimize production performance Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, safety, and cost Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, SOEs, visual aids, and process flow diagrams Estimate cost of labor, materials, and equipment to prepare the corresponding quotes and justifications Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process, product, equipment issues Responsible for mechanical equipment design – design components, systems, instruments, products, and specify the technical requirements of them Work with vendors and manufacturers to design and develop tools, fixtu…
