About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Manager I, Wireless Requirements to drive agent application strategy within the Customer Experience Agent Delivery & Strategy team. The role focuses on defining and managing end-to-end business requirements for the applications agents use to support customers in real time, including AI-powered capabilities such as agent-assist and automated workflows. The team works closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles from inception to production delivery. The team is actively engaged in supporting growth areas of the business, specifically EchoStar's Wireless business. You will help support the launch of new functionality and brands and help align agent tools with EchoStar's wireless network.…
