What Success Looks Like (Objectives): The Proposal Engineering Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Manufacturing and Distribution (M&D) operations by bridging technical engineering standards with bid competitiveness. This position is responsible for gathering and synthesizing complex engineering data including cycle times, material costs, labor requirements, and facility capacity to create accurate, data-driven estimates for new business bids, internal project proposals, and outsourced work opportunities.
