What Success Looks Like (Objectives): DISH is seeking an Earth Station Operations (ESO) Senior Technician who can assist in the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of the radio-frequency (RF) equipment used in large-scale satellite downlink and uplink operations. The qualified individual must be able to function robustly on rotational shift schedules within a team environment. The right candidate will also be required to work outdoors in all elements, be able to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, operate a motor vehicle and work at heights up to 65 feet. Rotating shift work, working during holidays and weekends will also be required.…
