Top-of-funnel talent challenges are solved by leveraging market intelligence, outbound sourcing, and early career strategy to build scalable talent pipelines before requisitions are even posted. Acting as a key operational anchor, the role drives candidate discovery, nurtures passive talent, and executes targeted pipeline channels such as University Relations, Veteran programs, and Trade Schools to ensure a steady stream of high-quality talent.…
