Overview This position is responsible for execution of the General Bank Salesforce product road map as defined by the Product Management team in support of business needs and objectives. Reviews business needs, associate feedback, performs quantitative analysis, and monitors industry/technology trends to facilitate development of an effective and efficient CRM solution based on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. Coordinates all functions of development from conception to implementation and ongoing support. Suggests enhancements, monitors associate experience, and ensures compliance with best practices. Experience working with Consumer, Business Banking & Lending, Treasury, and Merchant services highly preferred.…
