Overview This is a remote role that may be hired in North Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, or Utah. The SBA Manager Sales Support supports SBA Bank products and services through the execution of daily sales support activities while providing leadership and guidance to a team of Sales Support Specialists. This role operates at an advanced level of service and lending expertise, reviewing financial information and participating in client support activities to identify sales opportunities and facilitate the sales process. Responsibilities include evaluating SBA eligibility and credit-related information, preparing and reviewing loan documentation, resolving complex client and account servicing issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.…
