Production Supervisor/Assembly JOB SUMMARY The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, coaching, and motivating high-performance work teams within the assigned manufacturing operation. Focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. The Production Supervisor will ensure achievement of daily production goals, identifying work stoppages or roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions.
