About this role
The CSA QAQC Manager serves as the General Contractor's lead quality representative responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program for all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes on hyperscale data center construction projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that all site civil, concrete, structural steel, architectural, building envelope, and finish work is executed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, approved submittals, applicable codes, industry standards, and owner requirements. The CSA QAQC Manager leads inspections, manages subcontractor quality compliance, oversees deficiency resolution, and maintains all quality records from project inception through turnover.…
