Cx Project Manager (Owner's Representative) - Data Center Construction

KALCON is seeking an experienced Commissioning (Cx) Project Manager with 7-10+ years of construction or commissioning experience, including at least 5 years supporting mission-critical data center projects. As an Owner's Representative, this individual will oversee the full commissioning lifecycle, coordinating with contractors, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and tools such as CxAlloy, Bluebeam, and Procore, along with the leadership and communication skills needed to successfully drive project execution from planning through final turnover.…
