About this role
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll own the technical pre-sales cycle for an assigned set of commercial and mid-market accounts, working independently from first discovery through technical close. You'll partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into validated solutions, helping customers understand how Keepit's SaaS data protection platform fits their environment. About the role You will: Discovery and solution design Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers to understand environment, requirements, and success criteria. Design and present tailored solutions that map Keepit's platform to customer business and technical requirements.
