Internship: Research on Alternative Ingredients in Hair Color Formulation (6 months; September) Our Global Innovation & Research team is looking for a motivated intern to investigate alternative ingredients for permanent oxidative hair color formulations. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects focused on improving product performance and consumer experience within professional hair coloring products. Objectives Analyze patents, and scientific literature to identify leads for alternative ingredients. Develop and evaluate hair color formulations containing alternative ingredients. Investigate the impact of ingredients on formulation properties such as stability, sensory profile, and application behavior.…
