About this role

Build Small Parts That Do Big Things Our CNC Swiss Operators help manufacture mission-critical precision components used in medical device, aerospace, defense, space exploration, and high-tech applications. This is not button-pushing work. You’ll run Swiss CNC machines that produce small, complex, tight-tolerance parts where accuracy matters at every step. You’ll load material, monitor production, change tools, adjust offsets, inspect parts during the run, and help keep machines moving safely and consistently. If you take pride in clean setups, stable processes, good parts, and a machine that hums along like it knows the assignment, this role belongs on your radar. We offer the option of working 4 ten hour shifts, Monday - Thursday.…
