About this role

Build Small Parts That Do Big Things KMM Group is hiring an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to support complex, tight-tolerance manufacturing for medical device, aerospace, defense, space, and high-tech customers. Swiss programming means solving real manufacturing problems on mission-critical components where precision, process control, and smart decisions matter. You will develop, modify, optimize, and support CNC Swiss programs for complex parts made from metals and engineered plastics. This is not basic button-pushing or repetitive programming work. If you are the kind of programmer who thinks beyond the code, understands how tooling, workholding, material behavior, coolant, inspection, and process stability all fit together, this role gives you room to use that knowledge.…
