Kody is seeking a People & Talent Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and People operations to support our growing workforce across the US and the UK. We are looking for candidates who are professional, adaptable and passionate about start-up. You will work hand in hand with business to achieve our recruitment goals. To start, this role will be a combination of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations.
