About this role

Kody is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of HR for our Hong Kong and Shenzhen Office to lead regional human resources initiatives and drive our talent strategy in this key market. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, ensuring alignment with global company policies while adapting strategies to local market practices and regulations. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage all internal HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance. Ensure local HR policies and practices comply with Hong Kong and mainland China employment laws and cultural norms.
