About this role
Job Overview Provide leadership and decision-making with facilities supervisory team. Determine and communicate component completion dates. Schedule priorities and expedites within the facility on all production shifts. Attain maximum production in department by skillful utilization of company resources. Manage shop employees and equipment to provide our customers with on-time every-time delivery. Provide supervision for various manufacturing departments. Maintain positive employee/management relations. Maintain high quality standards for all products produced in the facility, minimize scrap and utilize rework procedures when applicable. Understand and execute all contractual obligations and participate in preparation of contract negotiations, if applicable.…
