About this role

Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Komatsu’s global Human Capital Management and workforce management applications. This role will serve as a system administrator and subject matter expert for SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Management, and UKG Pro, helping ensure these critical platforms remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
