About this role

Job Overview The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer develops and maintains maintenance strategies, asset structures, and parts recommendations for Electric Wheel Loaders, Electric Rope Shovels, and Drills. This role leverages equipment, engineering, and field-performance data to improve reliability, support lifecycle cost models, optimize maintenance programs, and drive consistent execution across customers and global distributors. Key Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical object structures, functional locations, recommended parts lists (RPLs), and maintenance plans across EWL, ERS, and Drill product lines. Lead or facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and maintenance task analyses for new and existing products.…
