Manage the day-to-day activities and career development of assigned artists, serving as the key liaison between artists and internal and external stakeholders. Develop and execute artist management plans covering music releases, promotional activities, public appearances, performances, brand collaborations, and other career development opportunities. Coordinate new song and music releases, including release schedules, radio plugging, media promotion, interviews, digital platform exposure, and other publicity activities.
