Senior Accounting & Operations Officer

Support BU daily finance and accounting operations, including but not limited to full set of accounts, such as account reconciliations, payment processing, AR/AP monitoring, general ledger maintenance and financial record keeping Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring and basic financial analysis to support business decisions Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Liaise with Finance Department and internal stakeholders on finance and operational matters Provide operational and administrative support to business functions, including coordination of system administration and proc…
