En Rekluti buscamos un/a Business Analyst Semi-Senior para sumarse a la implementación de una nueva Plataforma de Canales Digitales (Web y Móvil) en el sector financiero. Buscamos un perfil analítico, con experiencia en banca digital y gran capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos claros. 💳 🎯 Principales responsabilidades Levantar requerimientos funcionales mediante talleres, entrevistas y análisis de procesos (AS-IS / TO-BE). Documentar y refinar épicas e historias de usuario con criterios de aceptación verificables. Definir reglas de negocio para onboarding, pagos, transferencias y banca empresas . Diseñar el modelo paramétrico de cupos y aprobaciones (límites por canal, cliente, usuario y producto; esquemas de aprobación por montos, roles y firmas).…
