Field Vice President (FVP), Vaccine Account Lead - West Location: Field Based (West Coast region preferred) The Field Vice President (FVP), Vaccine Account Lead is a senior leader responsible for driving strategic account performance, customer engagement, and portfolio growth across large, organized customers. The VAL reports directly to the Head of Sales and is member of the Sales Leadership Team. As a second line leader, the VAL guides and develops a team of Vaccine Account Directors (VADs), first line leaders, to strategically plan for and execute against key customer priorities while driving cross-functional alignment.
