Senior AI‑Native Software Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) 2 to 3 days a week in office Lansweeper is evolving its engineering organization toward an AI‑native development model . We are hiring a Senior AI‑Native Software Engineer to help build reliable, scalable systems while effectively leveraging AI as a development multiplier. Your mission: design and deliver high‑quality, production‑grade software in an AI‑augmented workflow — without compromising engineering rigor, performance, or architectural integrity.
