About this role
로봇 학습(robot learning)에 필요한 대규모 로봇 데이터의 수집을 계획, 운영하고, 데이터 품질과 커버리지를 관리하며, 모델 엔지니어와 함께 로봇의 실제 능력을 측정하는 평가 체계를 설계, 운영하는 역할입니다. 모델이 무엇을 배우는지(데이터), 얼마나 잘하는지(평가), 그리고 배포 현장에서 실제로 잘 동작하는 지(현장 품질)를 하나로 연결해 관리하는, 로봇 학습의 데이터, 평가 축을 담당합니다. 로봇 학습의 성능은 결국 데이터와 평가의 수준에서 결정되며, 이 포지션은 그 기반을 초기 단계부터 직접 설계하고 만들어가는 역할입니다.…
