About this role

양팔 휴머노이드 토르소, AMR 기반 모바일 매니퓰레이터, 그리퍼·로봇 핸드의 부품과 어셈블리를 3D CAD로 설계합니다. 하중 조건, 내구성, 조립성, 배선 경로를 처음부터 고려합니다. QDD 액추에이터 기반 관절 모듈을 설계합니다: 토크 전달 구조, 베어링 배치, 케이블 라우팅, 발열 처리. 정적·피로 해석(FEA)과 공차 누적 분석으로 설계를 검증하고, 트레이드오프를 수치로 설명합니다. GD&T를 적용한 2D 도면을 작성하고, 가공·사출·3D 프린팅 업체와 협업해 부품을 발주하고 초도품을 검사합니다. 시작품을 직접 조립하고, 테스트 지그와 테스트 스탠드를 만들어 가동 범위·강성·내구 테스트를 수행합니다. 제어·AI 팀과 함께 기구 요구사항을 정의하고, 실제 로봇에서 발생한 문제의 근본 원인을 분석해 개선안을 반영합니다.
