About this role
The Opportunity
Most onboarding tools leave customers guessing where their users get stuck. You’ll build the version that tells them, using AI agents that spot drop-off and draft the fix. You’ll own the builder end to end, prototype yourself, and get an AI feature live with customers within six months. You’d also be the first product hire in a LATAM team the company plans to grow.
What You’ll Own
- Set the builder’s direction, with a roadmap tied to customer results and revenue rather than a backlog of feature requests
- Turn customer conversations and usage data into prototypes and validated bets before engineering commits time
- Ship LLM and agent features that pinpoint where end users drop off and recommend fixes customers can apply in a few clicks…
