About this role
The Gig: The Procurement Systems & Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operation, administration and continuous improvement of the Virgin Voyages procurement systems, including ZIP (indirect procurement) and AMOS (M&T procurement). This role will also support the flow of procurement data and activity between ZIP, AMOS, and Workday (payables), with a focus on system accuracy, integration issue resolution, invoice discrepancy support, supplier follow-up, and procurement reporting. The role is designed to bea practical problem solver across procurement systems, stakeholder support, supplier management, and data analytics.
