About this role

New Covenant Church in Lampasas, Texas is seeking a Ministry Resident to help support and grow key areas of the church. This full time role combines hands-on ministry experience with intentional coaching and spiritual development, creating a pathway toward long-term ministry leadership. The resident will work closely with church leadership, primarily the senior pastor to help lead ministry programming, disciple others, and contribute to the overall mission of the church.
