About this role
Venture Christian Church is the northern Indianapolis suburbs is seeking a ministry resident to support its mission of reaching the community and expanding its impact. Resident may focus on children’s, student, pastoral and another area of interest. This is 25-30 weekly hours residency offering hands-on ministry experience, mentorship, and leadership development within a healthy, collaborative church staff environment. Compensation is approximately 1,200 per month plus housing assistance.
