Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Les Schwab is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to support our corporate development team in identifying and executing strategic acquisition opportunities. This role involves financial analysis, due diligence and project management with teams throughout the Les Schwab organization to drive growth through acquisitions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Source and identify potential acquisition opportunities for Les Schwab. Conduct financial analysis and valuation of target companies. Develop and present investment recommendations to senior management. Help manage the due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
