Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruiting Partner serves as the strategic hiring partner for the Main Office and leadership hiring across Les Schwab. This role leads full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions while partnering with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, provide labor market insights, support workforce planning, and improve hiring quality. The position plays a key role in strengthening leadership pipelines, reducing reliance on external agencies, and elevating Talent Acquisition as a strategic business partner.
