The Opportunity Lesley University is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join the Technology Support Services team. Reporting to the Manager of Technology Support Services, the Specialist will research, recommend, implement, and support hardware and software solutions for academic and administrative use across the university. The specialist serves as an administrator of on-premises and SaaS end-user platforms, and performs corrective actions on complex issues through advanced troubleshooting.
