About this role

Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join our team, working directly with the Chief Financial Officer and focusing on leading global accounting operations, strengthen financial controls and drive the implementation of a new enterprise-wide financial ERP system. We are looking for someone who brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong operational leadership, and hands-on systems implementation experience, along with the ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Controller needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
