Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The RBT Conduct Specialist utilizes principles of behavior as aligned to RBT training and credentialing. Reporting to the Program Manager, the RBT Conduct Specialist will be expected to perform client training while implementing individualized programs for adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self- help, social skills, and employment skills.
