JOB PURPOSE The Director, ESG Reporting and Compliance, leads the Group’s global ESG reporting strategy, governance frameworks, systems roadmap, compliance readiness, and assurance approach. This role oversees both the ESG reporting and CSRD preparation functions, ensuring the Group delivers transparent, accurate, and compliant disclosures in line with regulatory requirements and investor expectations. This role shapes the company’s long‑term reporting strategy, strengthens internal control environments, and builds ESG capabilities across the organization. KEY DELIVERABLES Multi‑year group-wide ESG Reporting strategy and systems roadmap. CSRD‑aligned and assurance‑ready disclosures across all ESG dimensions.
