Founding Engineer - Libra AI
What this is
We're looking for our strong engineers to own systems end-to-end. This is not a maintenance role. You will write the code that becomes the foundation of the company, work directly with the founder, and ship to production in days, not quarters.
What you'll do
- Own features and systems from design to deployment. No handoffs, no ticket farms.
- Build fast, iterate faster, and ship code that touches users within your first week
- Work across the stack: backend, APIs, infrastructure, and AI/LLM integrations as needed
- Influence product direction and engineering culture from day one
