About this role
Job Description : Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime. Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, performing root cause analysis ands executing necessary repairs. Document all maintenance activities accurately Ensure performing RCA on problem solving Ensure critical equipment is fully operational during high-demand months (e.g., Barhi and Medjool harvest). Prioritize maintenance tasks based on production schedules and operational urgency. Coordinate closely with production and quality teams for planned shutdowns. Monitor and maintain utilities including air compressors, steam network, cooling and HVAC systems. Ensure all utilities operate within defined performance and safety parameters.…
